Video does not span full Video Window

Is it possible to make a video span the full video window? Currently it only takes up the top left. The video, window background, and window size is all 1920x1080, but only the background color spans the whole video window. Changing the window background & size to 2560x1440 while keeping the video material with the same quality still has this problem.

Have you tried with different video files?

Has anyone discovered what the problem is?  I just tried it with version 214, and although the screen fills with the background (black), the video plays in a tiny corner.  When I went back to version 211, the video took up a quarter of the screen with the exact same settings.

I'm assuming you have more than one monitor.

Is the monitor scaling on either set to something other than 100% ?

Odd....  I thought I'd replicate the problem and record all the steps and details, but this time all's well.  On both versions.  I don't know what caused it last time, probably something I did wrong somewhere.
