Media Folder

In Production Properties > General you can set a Media Folder.

If set, all media filenames (for audio, video, midi sequence and image cues) will be set relative to that folder.

For example, if the Media Folder is set to c:\productions\media\

Your media files can be in that folder, or any folder under it. For example:

c:\productions\media\
c:\productions\media\audio\
c:\productions\media\midi\
c:\productions\media\images\
c:\productions\media\video\

But, they can't be in a folder that doesn't descend from the media folder.

A media file in c:\media\ would not work when the Media Folder was set as above.

If no Media Folder is set , the media files can be anywhere as the full (absolute) file paths will be used.
