Cue Controls No longer on left of screen

While working on a production cue list, I did something that made the Cue Controls, Go, Stop buttons etc. float over the cue list. I can't get it to go back to the left of the screen and can't move the cue list to the right. The handling of these buttons is very strange and seems not to be consistent.

When is new version coming out? I have 2.5.5.0
