Hello,
I sent the report (REMOVED EMAIL)!
Thanks again ,
Regards

David

I see your system only has 4B of RAM with 1GB free.

Can you try the same production and video files on a system with more RAM ?

FFF

Hello,
I tried on another system with more RAM but this is exactly the same problem!
Thank you

David

I don't know what the issue is sorry.

FFF

Hello,
I'm sorry, it's a shame! Thank you

FFF

Hello,
I come to you because David after having looked into the question could not see the solution, maybe has it happened to someone? : When I launch a video it appears: a window asking if you want to continue, start over or shut down the application, that's annoying!
Has this happened to any of you?
Thank you in advance for your feedback!

David

That window pops up when an error occurs. It has details that can possibly help me determine the cause.

FFF

Hello,
No other details, only this window appears when I launch a video! attached the report,
Thanks again !

Any idea to solve the problem?
Thanks again !

David

No ideas sorry. It can be hard to fix a bug if I can't replicate it.

David

About the only way I can look into this more is if you uploaded the production and video files somewhere and emailed me a link to them.

FFF

Hello,
Thank you again, I am sending you the production video by email as an attachment, it is not too large,
With the hope that you can find a solution, that would be great!
The window opens only after the sequence of the other elements,
Thanks again ,
Very cordial

David

I just tried that video clip in one of my existing productions and it plays fine.

Maybe email me the production file as well?

FFF

Hello,
Thanks, I would like to send you the production file but what is the production file? Is it the safeguard of the project?
Thank you
cordially

David

It's the mpp file you saved when you made the production.
