I don't know when this bug will appear. I have encountered it twice, one by dragging the volume bar and the other by importing the old production file. This bug is characterized by not playing audio cue after pressing the Space button, pressing ESC without stopping, etc. In short, all keys are invalid, and the Help menu bar will flash once.
