Hi,

It seems there are bugs in the above advance options.

When a single cue is set for End Play, the whole cue list shifts to this mode although the remaining cues are (in my case) set to EA.
When selecting Fade Out Play for a cue, a red error triangle appears at the first column..

HI Nid,

I'm not experiencing the "End Play" issue you described (V176).

Regarding the Fade Out Play....if you mean the Fade Out value in the cue's properties, you can get that red arrow if the value is greater than the length of the cue itself.  Is that what you're trying to do?

I'm not experiencing the end play problem either, however I can't select cues using the mouse. This was ok in Ver 175,

Nid,
Can you please email me your production file?

Brian,
I'm not seeing the mouse issue here. You've had this issue on and off over various versions haven't you?

Brian Holder

Hi David
In the past the inability to use the mouse was usually part of wider problems. With Ver 176 it is only the mouse that is the problem, everything else seems fine.

HI David and Brian,

After reading Brian's post, I thought I'd try to see if I'm having his issue.  I have no problem selecting cues using the mouse however I randomly experience the inability to scroll (specifically upward) through the cue list but only after the I've scrolled down beyond the last currently displayed line and the list had to be repositioned in the window.  It's kind of random but not always.  I have discovered that if I try scroll back up the list using the up arrow, the pointer tries to move up the list but can't.  But if I wait a couple seconds between presses of the up arrow, then it scrolls fine. It seems to not be able to scroll if I press the up arrow quickly...or if I hold it down.

Strike what I just wrote.  I decided to experiment more before posting and I think I discovered what was causing this behavior on my laptop.    My laptop is a Dell XPS 15 (one year old).  Dell redesigned the keyboard a bit (compared to my old Dell laptop).  The arrow up and down arrow keys are very close together and it's very easy to accidentally press both the up and down arrow keys at the same time.  I didn't think I was pressing them at the same time but apparently I unknowingly was.
Attached is a photo of how the arrow keys are laid out.

I just tried that production (with my audio files and output) and it behaved as expected. The cue set to EP started the next cue when it finished, and when that cue finished the cue position advance to the next cue.
