Hello,
so I'm encountering this bug where sometimes* when I use a Control Cue to fade out the previous cue (using Fade All Previous), the volume of the Target Cue is changed to -58 dB.
This is also the case when using the global Fade All.
However this is not occurring when using a Control Cue that fades a cue to -60 dB (and thus automatically releases it; same effect but no bug).

My suggestion is to rename a cue's volume parameter to "Gain" and then also split the parameters "Gain" and "Volume" in code-behind.
Just like a channel strip on an audio mixer has a Gain and a Volume Fader.

* I could find out why and when this occurs.

Sorry, I don't quite follow.

If you set the target of a fade to -60dB, the cue will be stopped at the end of the fade.

If you set it to less than -60dB, it will keep playing.

Sometimes it happens to me that a control cue changes the volume of the target cue "permanently" as such I have to edit the cue and set the volume back to where I want it to be.
This happens to me with the mode "Fade All Previous" and when using the Fade All button.
I hope this is more clear. :-\

OK, I get what you mean now.

As a work around, try unchecking the DE box in Production Properties > Layouts > [selected layout]
