0% output volume when running Multiplay

Hi. I'm a 1-hour old newbie! I put in all production files and previewed each and all was well. Then when I'd finished and saved complete production, I noticed that the Volume column had set at 0db. I have tested the speakers and they are fine. the source audio files are ok. I tried changing volume parameters but nothing. any suggestions please? With thanks. Geoff

Is the problem that you have no sound? Zero dB is full volume.

If so, have you set up the first audio patch in Production Properties > Audio > Outputs ?
