No video window!

Hi,

I have a mostly audio show, with one video cue - a standard MP4. However there doesn't appear to be a video window. Even when I press identify, I get nothing showing on either the original desktop or the extended. Video window is switched on etc. There is nothing to bring to the front either. 

I'm using the latest release (3.195) video version, but nothing seems to be happening. I've deleted and reinstalled to no effect either. Any ideas?

Are your screens set to 100% scaling in Windows or some other figure like 150% or 200%?

Everything is set to default as far as graphics are concerned. All at 100% scaling

Do you have the Enabled property set in Production Properties > Windows > Area ?

Maybe post a screenshot of that page?
