GUI artifacts

GUI artifacts when toggling full screen mode while playing. It happens not always, maybe 50/50.

I can see the redrawing of some windows as it toggles (for maybe 200ms), but nothing that lasts in the new state.

It happens not always, but sometimes can last for a few seconds before eventually comes ok.

If anyone else can comment if they do or don't see this issue on their machine that would be appreciated.

Not noticing any obvious GUI corruption here with 3.0.214 Video version when toggling fullscreen.
What sort of artifacts are you seeing?
